Order Cancellation

  • To request an order be cancelled please contact sales@buddhaok.com.
  • Prior to placing an order refer to the product detail page for the item specification. After placing an order refer to confirmation or shipping update e-mails.
  • Orders may be cancelled prior to processing or shipment. But it may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched, as we endeavor to process orders immediately. If the order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for returning the product to us and will be responsible for the restocking fee.
  • If a order is canceled and it has been processed, we are not responsible for PayPal fees and any fees will be charged to you.
  • Cancellations are not executed until BuddhaOK.com confirms an order has not been processed or shipped. Provided BuddhaOK.com confirms an order has been cancelled credit will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Customised products, built-to-order items, or is a non stock item are not eligible for cancellation once the production process has started.
